5 useful tips to quit smoking today!
Quitting smoking is easy!
What?!!! I hear you say, giving up smoking, easy? You must be joking...

As an ex-smoker myself, I do believe that quitting smoking can be as easy or as hard as you make it.
Don't believe me? Read on, you will...

You see it's all about psychology. You believe that you are 100% addicted to smoking therefore you are.
OK so quitting smoking can be long drawn out process. However if you are really serious about quitting you need to open your mind up and adjust the way you think about it.
Here I have 5 useful to help you quit smoking:

1. Exercise
People who smoke tend not to take exercise as regularly as they should.
Not exercising is usually mentally tied into the guilt of destroying your health by smoking.
People are afraid to show themselves exactly how unfit they have become through smoking so they don't exercise

But there's good news...Once you kick the habit and start taking regular exercise your fitness will soon return and your self-esteem will get a massive boost.
Physical exercise increases endorphins and serotonin in your brain which make you feel happy and proud of yourself.

Stop abusing yourself with toxic tobacco smoke and start feeling proud of yourself again!
2. Dealing with stress

People smoke when they are stressed. Or rather smokers smoke when they are stressed. Therefore it is smoking that creates stress!
Honestly, think about it...
Only a smoker thinks 'oh man I'm stressed, I need a cigarette'
A non-smoker still gets stressed...Sure!
But when they think 'oh man I'm stressed' what follows?...Well nothing!
That's the freedom of being a non smoker- You don't have to smoke!

3. Fight the urge!
Did you know that the craving for a smoke only lasts for about 5 minutes?
Well that's absolutely true...
So when you think 'oh man I need a smoke' just push through for 5 minutes. Keep yourself occupied with something else and the feeling will soon go away.

4. Smoking as a reward?
Why do you smoke? Because you're worth it?
Seriously think about it... What do actually you get from it?
Struggling to answer? All smokers do. It's all part of the habit
Go on have a smoke, right now, go on do it...

I bet the first thing that goes through your head just before you light up is, 'Agh screw it'
I'll just ignore all the bad stuff 'just screw it all'
And then after having a smoke do you feel any different?
Sure you might be a little light headed for a few minutes but honestly do you feel much different?
Apart from a slightly tight chest and a feeling of guilt that is
Think about it....Is it worth all the bad stuff?
Because you're worth it
?
5. We've all got to quit sometime
Avoid thinking about the date you quit and how many days you have been quit.
Instead just learn to cope without your 'habit smokes':
The one you have in the car - You don't need it
!
The one you have on the phone- You don't have to do it anymore!
The one you have just before bed- Yuck you don't even like it!
Change the way you think about smoking!
Things you are giving up:
Bad breath, smelling like an ash tray, bad teeth, cancer, other equally horrible diseases/medical conditions, being broke; the list goes on and on!

Things you are gaining:
A happier healthier life, better looks, more energy, self respect, being around to see your children and grand children grow and more money in your pocket!
Wow even the best products in world couldn't hope to offer you all that....And all you've got to do is JUST

 STOP SMOKING!
